About The Position

Noodle is a higher education strategy, services, and technology partner that helps universities strengthen resilience, responsiveness, efficiency, and interconnectedness. The Director, Marketing & Recruitment Strategy will lead special consulting projects with university partners, diagnosing barriers to marketing and enrollment performance and developing prioritized action plans. Employees need reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, organized workspace for camera-on partner meetings. The role is expected to be available during core business hours, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., with some flexibility in start and end times based on time zone. The position reports to the SVP, Marketing & Enrollment: Strategy & Delivery. The Chief Marketing Officer is the service lead.
