GoCanvas and SiteDocs, part of the Nemetschek Group, are seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to lead and scale the marketing operations function across both brands. This role is responsible for the systems, processes, data infrastructure, and operational frameworks that support the global marketing organization. Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing, the Director will oversee the marketing technology, lead management, automation, reporting, and cross-functional operational execution. The primary goal is to ensure efficient marketing programs, seamless lead flow, and clear visibility into marketing performance and pipeline impact. Key focuses include driving operational excellence, establishing scalable processes and governance, leading project prioritization, ensuring cross-team alignment, and implementing continuous operational improvements to enhance speed, efficiency, and marketing impact. This role requires a strategic operator capable of building scalable infrastructure and managing complex cross-system projects across multiple platforms and teams.
