The Director will lead a team focused on marketing analytics, marketing operations, and web optimization, acting as a key liaison with Sales, RevOps, Strategic Finance, and Client Success. The position reports to the Senior Director of Growth and is responsible for bringing structure and rigor to the marketing organization, ensuring accurate reporting for executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing operations, analytics, or revenue operations, ideally supporting complex or enterprise sales cycles.
  • Hands-on ownership of a marketing automation platform (HubSpot or similar) and the integration with Salesforce, including lead routing, lifecycle stages, and campaign orchestration.
  • Experience building and defending pipeline or marketing attribution models with Sales and Finance stakeholders.
  • Track record owning multi-million dollar marketing budgets, including forecasting, actuals, and reconciliation.
  • Experience owning a B2B marketing website and CRO program, including A/B testing and accessibility standards.
  • Experience managing and developing a high-performance team.
  • Sharp, direct communicator, comfortable presenting pipeline and Marketing performance data to executive leadership.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-changing org structure and building processes from ambiguity.
  • Experience rolling out AI tools within a marketing team, with an eye toward data governance and accuracy.
  • Active work authorization in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Own lead management strategy, campaign orchestration and tracking, and stage definitions for the B2B funnel through HubSpot instrumentation and its integration with Salesforce.
  • Own marketing's multi-touch attribution methodology and represent it in cross-team pipeline conversations.
  • Maintain data dictionaries and definitions (MQL/MQA thresholds, pipeline vs. bookings vs. revenue) to ensure reporting consistency with expanding tool and AI usage.
  • Own B2B-facing Martech stack tools and integrations, including CaliberMind, GA4, HubSpot, Qualified, and Webflow, and evaluate new tooling as needs evolve.
  • Ensure the team has the resources and knowledge to own the reporting and orchestration of their channels.
  • Define and maintain B2B marketing metrics (MQLs, MQAs, pipeline coverage, Pipe-Spend ratio) and the associated reporting cadence.
  • Build and deliver pipeline briefings and performance readouts for B2B marketing leadership.
  • Own the B2B analytics stack across CaliberMind, Looker, Data Studio, Salesforce, and GA4, ensuring accuracy as definitions change.
  • Partner with Strategic Finance and RevOps on fiscal year target-setting, run-rate projections, and scenario modeling for B2B pipeline and budget, as well as org-level OKR setting.
  • Oversee the B2B marketing budget, including forecast, actuals, monthly reconciliation, and shifts across programs and months.
  • Track spend and manage relationships with external vendors.
  • Lead annual and quarterly budgeting and planning for B2B Growth Marketing in partnership with Strategic Finance.
  • Manage the web team responsible for navigation, landing pages, and on-page SEO/AEO for the Enterprise/B2B experience.
  • Run a structured A/B testing and CRO program for B2B landing pages.
  • Maintain WCAG 2.1 AA compliance across the B2B site experience.
  • Manage and develop a team covering marketing analytics, marketing operations, and web optimization.
  • Set the team's operating rhythm and own its project management tooling (Asana and Jira).
  • Build AI-powered workflows for reporting, analysis, and campaign operations to enable the team to make better decisions and scale without additional headcount.
  • Lead the rollout of AI tools within B2B Growth Marketing, including data governance for tools connected to live CRM and marketing data, and set the team's judgment for where AI helps and where it doesn't.
  • Serve as B2B Growth Marketing's primary point of contact for Sales, SDR, RevOps, Strategic Finance, and Client Success on shared data, process, and reporting questions.
