World Vision is seeking a strategic, operationally minded, and mission-driven leader to join our Marketing Division as Director, Marketing Operations & Delivery. In this pivotal leadership role, you will serve as the execution engine behind the Marketing Division and Private Segment & Product Marketing (PSPM) strategy, ensuring priorities move from vision to action with excellence, discipline, and measurable results. As the operational leader for Marketing and PSPM, you will partner closely with the AVP, Marketing Operations & Strategy to co-develop operational plans, establish execution frameworks, and drive delivery across marketing operations, project management, and business operations. You will lead a team responsible for ensuring work is effectively prioritized, coordinated, and delivered across multiple stakeholder groups while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
