About The Position

Greenlight Rent is hiring a hands-on Director, Marketing & Communications to own and evolve the company’s brand across channels, create clear and credible materials for partners, leasing teams, and renters, and support revenue through sales enablement, partner marketing, and pipeline-generating campaigns. The role has significant ownership and will help shape how marketing operates at Greenlight Rent. A first major project is leading a marketing website revamp, from content strategy and structure through launch. The Director will own brand voice, visual identity, and consistency; marketing site content and structure; brand and launch communications; partner marketing materials; product messaging; sales enablement; lifecycle communications; content operations; events and field marketing; and marketing measurement. The role works closely with sales, partnerships, product, legal/compliance, customer experience, operations, designers, and developers. In the first 90 days, the role is expected to document and standardize the core narrative, product messaging, and audience segmentation; scope the website revamp and establish a build plan and timeline; complete accurate, self-serve partner- and renter-facing materials; establish a post-launch communications cadence across email, web, portal, help center, sales, customer experience, and events; and deliver a usable, modular marketing toolkit for revenue teams. This is a builder role for someone comfortable with high ownership, fast iteration, and both strategy and execution. The Director will own the brand and build marketing capabilities in a small, fast-moving team without existing marketing infrastructure, balancing sales-forward messaging with careful coordination across legal, compliance, customer experience, and product.
