About The Position

OnSite Partners’ mission is to empower each customer in achieving success through the design and delivery of collaborative, creative and comprehensive energy solutions. The Director will establish and lead the marketing initiatives and Sales Strategy for the organization. This individual should be experienced in using data and customer insights to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. The individual is also a formal leader within the organization and is accountable for defining and executing the sales strategy for the company, applying strategic thought leadership to identify and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets. The ideal candidate is able to manage vendors, stakeholders, and project deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, finance, or related field
  • Experience leading and implementing sales strategy and marketing initiatives, strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of various marketing methods: digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, search engine optimization, etc
  • Understanding of market research methods and competitive analysis

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and identify sales strategies and marketing opportunities and initiatives with action plans to meet business goals and objectives
  • Facilitate effective communications and decision-making related to sales strategies and marketing initiatives
  • Define and utilize data and customer insights to build marketing programs and initiatives
  • Develop and lead the implementation of all pipeline reporting across the business ensuring information is current, KPIs are tracked, and communicate to the organization the impact to the growth objectives
  • Establish and manage vendors and key channel partner relationships to achieve initiatives
  • Represent the Company at external events including conferences and trade associations to continue to advance the Company’s brand and build relationships with key channel partners
  • Deliver marketing projects, leading efforts to implement marketing plans
