About The Position

Responsible for negotiating and managing all Managed Care contracts for St. Joseph's Healthcare System. Coordinates with General Counsel on legal issues and approval of Managed Care Agreements. Communicates with department heads, including the Director of Patient Financial Services and Director of Care Management, to ensure appropriate coordination and support of system-wide financial and operational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.
• Five to seven years of Healthcare experience, specifically Managed Care Services and/or Operations experience.
• Analytical ability to collect information from diverse sources, apply professional principles to analyses, and summarize information and data to solve problems.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred.
