The Director, Maintenance & Asset Reliability provides enterprise leadership for maintenance, facilities, asset reliability, and capital planning and construction programs across the distribution network. This role is responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies, standards, policies, and performance expectations that support safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations. This Director leads a team of Regional Maintenance Managers, Asset Reliability Analysts and serves as the function leader for Distribution Center Maintenance Managers through a matrix reporting structure and partners closely with Distribution Center General Managers, Engineering, Finance, Safety, and Supply Chain leadership. The role is responsible for advancing maintenance excellence, optimizing asset performance, guiding capital investment strategies, and ensuring the organization's facilities and equipment can support current and future business needs. The Director is accountable for maintenance workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, asset lifecycle management, and reliability initiatives across the network. The role establishes maintenance standards, staffing models and role-level expectations while leading the planning, construction, expansion and execution of distribution center capital projects.
