The Director Lowe's University Leadership Experience will utilize established facilitation mastery and retail business and leadership expertise to lead a team of Leadership and Senior Master Trainers to frequently deliver impactful learning solutions in both physical and virtual classroom environments. The learning solutions will target leadership audiences from supervisor to executive levels. This role will continuously collaborate with business and HR leadership to identify learning needs analysis, development and design for leadership experience learning needs at Lowe's. The Director will work to drive a learning culture by overseeing the development, execution and evaluation of leadership experience in an effort to continuously improve the culture, business outcomes, and organizational performance. This role is critical to Lowe's as it enables the successful development of company leadership.
