About The Position

Leads all corporate legal department staff and operations. Oversees all legal function operations including hiring, supervision and professional development of legal staff, as well as budgeting. Oversees organization-wide compliance of regulatory requirements. Participates in most complex legal actions. Networks with outside organizations to advance legal interests and legal health of the corporation and its industry.

Requirements

• Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience for Manager & Executive roles.
• Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience for Manager & Executive roles.
