About The Position
The Director, Legal AI & Practice Transformation leads the Firm’s efforts to implement AI-driven legal processes and modernize how legal services are delivered. This role is responsible for identifying, designing, and scaling practical AI and technology solutions that improve legal operations, enhance client service delivery, and drive measurable business impact. A core priority is moving the Firm beyond experimentation and pilots toward sustainable, operationally embedded AI capabilities across legal practice groups. The Director partners closely with lawyers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to redesign processes, implement scalable solutions, and ensure successful adoption within the day-to-day practice of law.
Requirements
- Experience in legal operations, legal technology, or practice transformation.
- Familiarity with AI and technology solutions relevant to legal services.
- Ability to partner with lawyers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Experience in redesigning processes and implementing scalable solutions.
- Proven ability to drive adoption of new technologies and processes.
