About The Position

The role of Director, Learning is responsible for leading the Learning team and owning content and certification across both product lines. This position involves participating in release planning alongside Product and Marketing leads. The role has a broad reach, touching every client and internal team, and offers a seat at the table where releases are shaped. The Director will report to the COO and will have significant influence in shaping the future direction of the learning function. The foundations for learning are already established, including a steady release cadence, portals, a knowledge base, and a monthly scorecard. The next phase involves demonstrating the impact of these resources on client adoption.

Requirements

5+ years in learning, enablement, or technical training
3+ years of experience leading a team
Experience running a documentation and LMS estate at scale
Experience partnering with Product or Engineering on release-driven content
Ability to investigate product behavior directly before creating content
Experience in B2B SaaS, particularly where keeping content current is a discipline
Familiarity with Salesforce vocabulary
Ability to quickly learn and use specialist language
Experience with AI tools in content creation

Responsibilities

Learning strategy, from internal onboarding through to client certification
Managing the Learning team: a learning experience designer, a technical writer, training consultants, and learning operations
Participating in release planning as a peer to Product and Marketing, and managing the content cycle that follows each release across the knowledge base, portals, and vignette library
Overseeing the client-specific learning environments alongside PractifiU, from build through retirement
Managing the Learning budget, and the reporting that ties learning engagement to product adoption
