About The Position
Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is seeking a Director of Learning and Development to lead agency-wide staff development efforts. This role supports the mission of strengthening families and communities by creating meaningful learning experiences. The position offers flexibility, including hybrid work options.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience in staff development or training delivery
- Experience in child welfare or working with children and families
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning technologies
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Learning and Development team
- Design and implement agency-wide training and development strategies
- Partner with leadership to assess training needs and priorities
- Oversee training programs, records, and compliance within the LMS
- Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with State and regulatory training requirements
