About The Position

Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is seeking a Director of Learning and Development to lead agency-wide staff development efforts and support their mission of strengthening families and communities. This role involves creating meaningful learning experiences and offers flexibility, including hybrid work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in staff development or training delivery
  • Experience in child welfare or working with children and families
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning technologies
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the Learning and Development team
  • Design and implement agency-wide training and development strategies
  • Partner with leadership to assess training needs and priorities
  • Oversee training programs, records, and compliance within the LMS
  • Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with State and regulatory training requirements
