About The Position

Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is seeking a Director of Learning and Development to lead agency-wide staff development efforts. This role is crucial for supporting the organization's mission of strengthening families and communities. The position involves creating meaningful learning experiences and offers flexibility, including hybrid work options. The Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of staff development and training within the agency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in staff development or training delivery
  • Experience in child welfare or working with children and families
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning technologies
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Complete a Predictive Index assessment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the Learning and Development team
  • Design and implement agency-wide training and development strategies
  • Partner with leadership to assess training needs and priorities
  • Oversee training programs, records, and compliance within the LMS
  • Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with State and regulatory training requirements
