We are seeking a Director, Learning & Development to fully own the execution of high-impact corporate learning programs that spans across our US, UK and Jamaica teams. This role is ideal for a seasoned and strategic L&D Leader who has coached and developed leaders up to the Senior Director level, and who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on delivery. The Director will be responsible for translating the L&D strategy into action, designing and delivering development experiences that build critical capabilities across leadership, soft skills, and functional areas. This individual will lead a team of three Centerfielders. This is a player-coach role - equal parts strategist, facilitator, coach, and program manager. The Director must be able to influence across functions, collaborate effectively with partners, and take ownership of every aspect of program execution. This position requires in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday each week.
