The position is responsible for overseeing the Riedman Training Center, including its technology, training facilities, and operational logistics. Key areas of leadership include New Employee Orientation, workforce development pathways, professional skills programs, and ongoing learning experiences that support internal mobility and continuous development. This role is a crucial leader within the Culture & Development Team, which is a Center of Excellence within the People Team, focusing on advancing belonging, team member experience, learning, leadership development, and talent mobility.
