The Director of Learning & Development is accountable for sustaining a Center of Excellence which supports global development needs. Working with leaders and employees across the firm, this leader will provide advanced consulting services to help develop and implement key learning and development solutions in support of strategic business needs and initiatives. This individual will be responsible for developing a strategic plan with hands on management for learning effectiveness and transformation, creating effective learning and development systems, standards and metrics. This leader will have demonstrated excellent leadership, change management, consulting and influence skills while demonstrating the ability to think strategically and translate business performance gaps into learning and development strategies.
