Director, Lead Field/ Network Engineer

KrollSecaucus, NJ
Onsite

About The Position

You will be the senior technical authority who sets the culture for the stand-up of technical operations centers. You will build, train, and lead a small team. We are hiring an engineer who leads from the floor: someone who came up as a field technician, grew into design and architecture, and never lost hands-on ability. You will deploy, install, and maintain servers, routers, edge switches, telecommunication systems, UPS systems, and desktop PC hardware in support of customer operations. This is a fast-paced program that requires someone who works well in a dynamic environment. Leadership skills matter as much as technology skills at Kroll.

  • At least 10+ years as an engineer directly supporting technical programs.
  • Candidate must be a U.S. citizen, able to pass a background investigation (criminal, employment, education).
