Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 8+ years of progressive sales experience within Household CPG, with demonstrated account ownership
  • Strong background in syndicated data analytics (IRI, Nielsen, or similar) with the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations
  • Proven experience managing customer P&L and delivering against revenue, value, and margin targets
  • Experience across multiple retail/ business channels
  • Demonstrated success leading negotiations and influencing senior-level stakeholders
  • Track record of using KPIs and financial metrics to drive profitable growth
  • Ability to operate as both an independent account leader and a collaborative cross-functional partner
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

  • Own the account P&L and strategy, serving as the primary business leader responsible for delivering revenue, volume, and profit targets.
  • Develop and lead Joint Business Plans (JBP), aligning customer and KIK priorities to drive sustainable, long-term growth.
  • Build and elevate multi-level customer relationships, influencing key stakeholders and leading all commercial negotiations.
  • Drive value-based selling through data and insights, translating analytics into actionable growth initiatives and compelling customer recommendations.
  • Lead cross-functional execution, partnering with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure flawless delivery and service performance.
  • Continuously optimize performance, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to exceed financial and strategic objectives.
