The Director leads high-performing teams and fosters a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and resilience—enabling the organization to navigate ambiguity and scale transformation effectively. Serving as a trusted advisor, the Director influences enterprise decision-making and partners with senior leaders to drive integrated transformation outcomes. The role strengthens change governance, enhances adoption workflows through digital enablement, and champions continuous improvement. It also ensures vendors and partners are aligned to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that accelerate McKesson’s long-term digital and transformation objectives.
