About The Position

The Director, IT Enterprise Data Governance provides enterprise leadership in advancing data governance, quality, connectivity, and business process improvement across TreeHouse Foods. Working across business operations, enterprise technology, and analytics, this role establishes the standards, processes, and capabilities needed to ensure trusted, consistent, and accessible organizational data. This collaborative, hands-on leadership role combines strategic direction with practical execution. It influences cross-functional priorities, challenges existing processes, identifies systemic issues, and partners with business and technology teams to implement sustainable improvements. The role establishes governance frameworks and accountability, enabling business data owners and operational teams to improve how data is created, maintained, integrated, and consumed; it does not own enterprise data or perform routine data maintenance. The position leads enterprise data governance standards and data quality assurance, supports process optimization and cross-functional coordination, and enables technology solutions in partnership with the teams accountable for business data ownership, operational data management, architecture, platforms, and analytics. Success is measured by improved data quality, less manual effort and rework, greater process efficiency and enterprise connectivity, and increased confidence in reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
