About The Position

The Director IT Delivery is responsible for the overall strategy, operational performance, and outcomes of Business Service Delivery. This leader translates enterprise strategy into executable delivery plans within a shared services environment, aligning business processes with Healthcare Operations, Grievance and Appeals, Membership/Billing and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system capabilities to optimize efficiency, capacity, and business outcomes. The role advances modern delivery practices, including Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) approaches, strategic capacity planning, and responsible AI enablement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (Two years’ relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)
10/+ years’ relevant experience to include leadership experience
Knowledge of Federal and State regulations affecting health insurance policies, procedures, and contracting
Knowledge of Facets
Knowledge of Business system processes, specifically related to Membership/Billing and EDI transactions
Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, including SAFe or comparable scaled Agile frameworks
Knowledge of AI-enabled capabilities and their responsible application to improve technology delivery and operational effectiveness
Knowledge of Strategic planning frameworks and translating strategy into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes
Knowledge of Shared services operating models and delivery across multiple business functions
Knowledge of Collaborative leadership, mentorship, business partner influence, and skilled negotiation

Responsibilities

In collaboration with Senior Leadership, designs, develops and implements focused strategies.
Translates enterprise strategy into actionable roadmaps, delivery priorities, and operating plans within a shared services environment.
