Delivery Director – Enterprise IT Talent Solutions
About The Position
Genesis10 is seeking an experienced Delivery Director – Enterprise IT Talent Solutions to lead strategic client delivery across enterprise technology accounts in the Great Lakes Region. As the primary Delivery Leader for assigned accounts, you will partner with hiring leaders, Genesis10 recruiting teams, and consultants to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes, strengthen long-term client relationships, and ensure an outstanding consultant experience. This role requires someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments, enjoys building trusted relationships, and can influence outcomes across multiple stakeholders. You'll serve as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them navigate hiring priorities while ensuring consistent delivery execution and operational excellence. Whether your background is in enterprise IT staffing, workforce solutions, consulting, or leading complex cross-functional programs, you'll have the opportunity to apply your leadership experience in a highly visible, client-facing role.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise IT delivery, workforce solutions, program management, consulting, talent solutions, or another client-facing leadership role
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and executive-level communication
- Experience supporting enterprise clients across technology and business organizations, including IT, software development, infrastructure, PMO, finance, banking, operations, corporate functions, and other professional disciplines
- Experience building trusted relationships with senior leaders and serving as a strategic business partner
- Ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working within financial services, healthcare, retail, or other large enterprise or regulated environments
Nice To Haves
- Experience with IT staffing, workforce solutions, MSP/VMS, or vendor management is highly preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Strategic delivery execution across enterprise technology accounts
- Trusted partnerships with hiring leaders to understand business priorities, workforce strategy, and hiring challenges
- Alignment between client stakeholders, account executives, recruiting teams, and consultants
- Delivery strategies that improve hiring outcomes, submission quality, and speed to market
- Consultant engagement throughout the assignment, including onboarding support, career coaching, performance discussions, issue resolution, and client satisfaction
- Executive-level communication, business reviews, delivery reporting, and strategic planning
- Resolution of complex delivery challenges, competing priorities, and client escalations
- Continuous improvement of delivery processes and the overall client experience
- Identification of opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand Genesis10's presence within existing accounts
- Performance within competitive enterprise staffing, MSP/VMS, and vendor scorecard environments
