About The Position

The Director, IT Business & Revenue Cycle Applications is a member of the Information Services senior leadership team and is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the organization’s business and revenue cycle application portfolio, including ERP (Oracle), Epic Revenue Cycle, and supporting third-party applications approved for use across the organization. This role leads the management, development, integration, optimization, and support of these applications to ensure seamless performance and functionality across the enterprise. The Director strategically partners with organizational stakeholders to define business applications to include ERP (Oracle) and Epic Revenue Cycle strategies, implementation roadmaps, timelines, and budgets; oversees application transitions using standard change management methodologies; and ensures deliverables are completed on time and within budget to improve operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

Member of the Information Services senior leadership team.
Experience with ERP (Oracle) and Epic Revenue Cycle applications.
Experience with supporting third-party applications.
Experience in managing, developing, integrating, optimizing, and supporting applications.
Experience in strategic partnership with organizational stakeholders.
Experience in defining application strategies, implementation roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
Experience in overseeing application transitions using standard change management methodologies.
Ability to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
