About The Position

Clocktower Group is an alternative asset management and advisory firm based in Santa Monica, California, with a presence in London and Shanghai. Our top-down macro framework and relationship-based investing approach inform our strategies and drive the way we do business. In public markets, we seed macro-oriented managers and manage an Asian equity platform. In private markets, we invest in early stage fintech and climate disrupters. We also provide global macro research, advisory services, and host events all over the world. (2026 events include Abu Dhabi, Austin, Santa Barbara, and Hangzhou.) The ideal candidate brings integrity, sound judgment, and a strong track record in investor engagement and fundraising. They are relationship-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage complex processes while maintaining an exceptional standard of quality. This is a demanding role for someone eager to take true ownership and operate at the center of an alternative asset management platform.
