Under general direction, and in collaboration with hospital and medical staff leadership, plans, organizes and directs the clinical and non-clinical operations of the Interventional Radiology service-line, including, but not limited to: Neurointerventional and Body/Trauma. This role involves planning, organizing, and directing the clinical and non-clinical operations associated with providing comprehensive Interventional Radiology Services in an academic-affiliated acute-care treatment facility. The Director will develop and implement policies and procedures, contribute to accreditation and professional standards, and oversee continuing education and training programs. Additionally, the role supports academic and clinical training affiliations, develops strategic plans and budgets, prepares business proposals, establishes quality assurance targets, and reviews employee evaluations. The Director maintains responsibility for financial, operational, and personnel transactions and evaluates clinical information systems for improvement.
