About The Position

The Federal Consulting team seeks a Director of Internal Change Management to own the adoption of tools, processes, and new ways of working across the Oracle Health Transformation Office. This is a hands-on adoption leadership role where adoption is treated as a success criterion, not an afterthought. The Director ensures teams actually adopt the APEX application, AI-enabled delivery tools, onsite tools, governance expectations, and process changes required to realize value. This role owns the adoption strategy and programs for new processes, defining change impacts by stakeholder group, identifying adoption risks, and building the training, enablement, and quick-reference support that turn new tools into everyday practice. By defining and tracking adoption KPIs and listening to employee sentiment, this role reinforces the why behind transformation, reduces resistance, and translates user pain points into enhancements and process improvements. Join us as we advance how health happens through technologies that support patients, clinicians, innovation, and improved outcomes. Our mission is to build a human-centric healthcare experience powered by unified global data. We are seeking individuals who share our commitment to improving health equity and delivering quality care across the globe.
