Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Integration, the Director is responsible for leading large scale organizational integration and strategic priorities within the Integration Management Office (IMO), ensuring that BILH realizes its vision to create a transformative health system that makes a difference in the lives of our patients, families and communities. Serving as a trusted advisor to executive and operational leaders, the Director provides project leadership, analytical expertise, and implementation support for large-scale cross-functional initiatives requiring coordination across multiple stakeholders, domains, and sites of care. Examples of such domains include but are not limited to cancer, primary care, behavioral health, population health management, lab, pharmacy, supply chain, and human resources. Responsible for collaborating with system "clients", including BILH and local executives, to define the vision for each initiative and the definition of success. The Director designs and organizes the various workstreams and inter-dependencies and is ultimately responsible for the development of a comprehensive workplan and performance measurement plan. The Director is responsible for establishing and leading project governance structures, monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and supporting change management activities necessary to achieve integration and strategic objectives. Depending on the scope and complexity of the initiative, the Director will serve as, or will oversee the effort of, a project manager overseeing cross-functional teams. In this role, the Director will manage the activities of other team members, including IMO colleagues.
