The Director, Integrated Operations is responsible for driving enterprise-wide operational excellence, business process integration, execution discipline, and cross-functional performance management across all customer-facing and operational functions of the organization. This role serves as a strategic operational leader reporting to the VP of Supply Chain and partners across commercial, engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, planning, quality, aftermarket, and project management functions to improve scalability, predictability, operational efficiency, and execution performance. The position is responsible for developing and institutionalizing operational governance, KPI management, business operating cadence, process standardization, and transformational initiatives that improve end-to-end business performance from order intake through customer delivery and aftermarket support.
