ABOUT THE ROLE Swish Breaks is hiring a Director of Integrated Marketing to own our full customer growth engine — acquisition, CRM, lifecycle, paid media, retention, and performance analytics. You will design the strategy, build the systems, and execute the campaigns that turn viewers into loyal buyers and buyers into repeat customers. This is a strategist–builder role for someone who loves data, experiments fast, and can translate insights into scalable growth. You’ll partner closely with Swish’s Brand & Content team and report directly to the COO to drive measurable customer and revenue outcomes across all channels.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in marketing, brand, or integrated campaign roles at a high-growth consumer, marketplace, or live commerce company
  • Proven GTM experience — you've launched a product, a platform, or a major campaign from scratch, not inherited one
  • Multi-channel fluency across paid social, organic, events, and partner marketing. You've run all of them, not just one
  • Paid media ownership across Meta, TikTok, and/or YouTube — budgets, creative testing, CAC accountability. You've owned the number
  • Experience in partner or co-marketing — managing relationships with platforms or brands and turning them into real campaigns, not just logo swaps
  • Strong creative instincts. You write sharp briefs, give clear feedback, and know the difference between on-brand and off
  • Builder mentality — you've stood up a marketing function, not just operated within one

Responsibilities

  • Own Swish's marketing strategy — how we show up, when we show up, and how we win each moment.
  • Lead integrated campaigns for major shows and content launches — coordinating paid, organic, creative, and partner channels into a single unified push.
  • Own GTM for new digital products and platform expansions — positioning, audience, channel plan, launch execution.
  • Drive events marketing for Fanatics Fest, National, and future activations — strategy, on-site experience, pre/post campaign.
  • Run paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube with direct budget ownership, creative testing, and CAC accountability.
  • Own partner marketing relationships with Whatnot, Fanatics, TikTok, and future brands — co-marketing deals, joint activations, platform placements.
  • Define and protect the Swish brand — visual identity, voice, positioning — and ensure it shows up consistently across every touchpoint.
  • Build and lead the marketing team. Set the standard for how this function operates at Swish.
