ABOUT THE ROLE Swish Breaks is hiring a Director of Integrated Marketing to own our full customer growth engine — acquisition, CRM, lifecycle, paid media, retention, and performance analytics. You will design the strategy, build the systems, and execute the campaigns that turn viewers into loyal buyers and buyers into repeat customers. This is a strategist–builder role for someone who loves data, experiments fast, and can translate insights into scalable growth. You’ll partner closely with Swish’s Brand & Content team and report directly to the COO to drive measurable customer and revenue outcomes across all channels.
