About The Position

The Director of Integrated Marketing develops, implements and leads powerful, integrated marketing strategies that protect our position as the market leader. This position is responsible for initiating and overseeing the delivery of short and long-term marketing initiatives that will drive growth for Safelite. Successful implementation will result in increased brand awareness, consideration, and preference. The Director of Integrated Marketing is a marketing-channel agnostic leader who will operate as the cross-functional quarterback that connects the needs of the business (segment owners) to the Digital, Conversion, Media, and Brand Activation teams. They are responsible for driving ownable brand messaging that stimulates demand, and differentiates Safelite from the competition. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring both strategic thinking and tactical execution. This role requires someone who is collaborative, not afraid of change, curious, inventive, a bold collaborator who has the ability to influence with and without direct authority.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in marketing, communications or business or related experience
  • 7-9 years years experience
  • Willing and able to work onsite 4 days/week in Columbus, OH
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives on finding ways to constantly improve programs by looking for new ways to enhance performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive meaningful action from large data sets.
  • Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude including MS office proficiency.
  • Advanced Excel skills a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively in person and in writing.
  • Strategic thinking, excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to juggle multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Google ads, Bing AdCenter, Google Marketing Platform, Google Analytics, Advertising analytics/attribution, Affiliate networks
  • Project Management tools (e.g. SmartSheets)
  • Experience with data visualization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required with an ability to successfully communicate analytic results, insights, and resulting business implications

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and lead near and long-term Integrated Marketing strategy that differentiates Safelite, protects our market leadership position, drives opportunity volume, and builds strong brand health.
  • Responsibly manage complex and dynamic, cross-functional projects in need of internal or external amplification. Inclusive of scoping, feasibility assessment, and project planning across priority initiative with a cross-functional team of stakeholders.
  • Responsible for communicating business goals, marketing objectives, KPIs, and influencing departmental strategic plans.
  • Drive creative campaign development, leading strategic creative briefings with the Brand Activation team and external agencies.
  • Responsible for cultivating strong, collaborative, vendor relationships that elicit the best results, drive efficiency, and demonstrate creative execution excellence.
  • Partner with the Media and Performance Marketing teams to ensure objectives and tactics are aligned to support driving consumers through the funnel.
  • Oversee brand sponsorships and ensures the content and relationships deliver the intended business outcomes.
  • Proactively look for expansion & optimization opportunities on a regular basis and stay current on the marketing landscape, making innovation recommendations to test and learn.
