About The Position

From data to decisions—drive institutional excellence at Lincoln Land Community College! The position has primary responsibility for research projects, predictive analytics, and initiatives that strengthen the overall operations and effectiveness of Lincoln Land Community College. The Director provides the leadership needed to guide institutional research and regional accreditation processes as well as provide support for program accreditation, assessment and program review, quality improvement efforts, and other institutional effectiveness projects and assignments.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a quantitatively-oriented field such as statistics, mathematics, social sciences, educational administration, planning or research; or an appropriate combination of education and significant professional experience.
  • At least five years of progressively responsible experience with accreditation, institutional effectiveness, and/or institutional research.
  • Ability to design and conduct research, evaluate data, and communicate findings to appropriate campus stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with appropriate stakeholders and solve complex issues related to institutional effectiveness.
  • Detail orientation, a collaborative leadership style, conflict resolution skills, strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and good time management skills.
  • Proficiency with computer programs.
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidential files and information.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for institutional research and regional accreditation processes.
  • Support program accreditation, assessment and program review.
  • Support quality improvement efforts and other institutional effectiveness projects.
