Neo is seeking a Director, Inside Sales to build and optimize a high-performing inbound sales function. This role focuses on transforming an existing team of product experts into a growth engine that drives customer stickiness, deepens product adoption, and increases revenue from the existing customer base. The position is responsible for designing and owning the inside sales strategy, including the sales model, operating rhythm, measurement infrastructure, and playbooks. Success requires close collaboration with CX Operations, Lifecycle, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a data-driven, compliant, and integrated sales motion.
