About The Position
The Director of Network and Telecommunication Services at CapMetro reports directly to the VP, IT INFRA Operations & CISO. This position is responsible for the management of the installation, testing, administration, training, and maintenance related to all technology infrastructures at CapMetro. This includes the data network, server and storage systems, desktop/client systems, and the voice network, systems, and devices. CapMetro is Austin's regional public transportation provider, established in 1985, dedicated to offering transit options to residents, commuters, and visitors, facilitating connections to various destinations and recording over 31 million boardings annually.
