Assists in all phases of the evaluation, selection, purchase, installation, configuration, and maintenance of the telecommunication systems including voice, data, and video. Is a technical assistant to the Information Services and Technology department by providing level II assistance to the Deployment & Site Support team and Help Desk. Assists the Telecommunication Engineer/Analysts with system configurations and implementations on supported voicemail technologies. STATUS: Full-Time 40 hours a week.
