Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our leadership team in the role of Director of Information Services. The Director, Information Services leads the planning, delivery, and operational performance of Information Services teams supporting major facility implementations, departmental moves, technology deployments, and related infrastructure initiatives. This leader ensures that IS projects, services, and investments align with business and clinical needs while maintaining operational stability, effective resource deployment, and accountability for results. The role provides leadership across complex, multi-site initiatives involving end-user technology, network and voice services, low-voltage infrastructure, wireless connectivity, and other technology components required to support new construction, facility expansions, relocations, and operational growth. The Director partners closely with clinical, operational, application, infrastructure, Design and Construction, and vendor stakeholders to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and deliver successful outcomes. This role is home based at our Shadeland location, however the role requires a strong onsite presence to support active projects and operations. The Director will regularly work across the local metropolitan area and travel periodically to Fort Wayne, Lafayette, and other locations as needed. Onsite work is expected to average three to four days per week, depending on project demands.
