About The Position
The Director, Enterprise Cryptographic Services & Secure Data Transfer, leads the development and execution of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to safeguard organizational assets and data. This role involves managing cyber risk assessments, implementing security controls, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The position requires collaboration across functions to address emerging threats, enhance security frameworks, and drive continuous improvement in information security practices. The Director will also guide teams in identifying vulnerabilities, evaluating risk treatments, and fostering a secure environment aligned with business objectives and industry best practices. About the team: The team leads enterprise cryptographic services and secure data transfer, ensuring trusted communications and machine identity management across the organization. They manage Certificate Lifecycle Management, Secure Data Transfer platforms, SSH Key Management, and cryptographic governance. Focused on strategy, modernization, and automation, the team aligns services with cybersecurity, compliance, and business goals. Collaborating across functions, they assess cyber risks, implement security controls, and drive continuous improvements to protect organizational data and infrastructure. This team plays a critical role in advancing secure, reliable, and compliant information security solutions enterprise-wide.
Requirements
- Experience leading enterprise-scale machine identity, certificate lifecycle, secure communications, or cryptographic service programs.
- Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive cyber security strategies aligned with corporate policies and industry standards.
- Strong knowledge of security controls, frameworks, and governance to ensure compliance and protect information assets.
- Expertise in managing cross-functional partnerships and stakeholder engagement to drive security initiatives.
- Skilled in analyzing emerging threats and evolving security landscapes to proactively address risks.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams through audit processes and continuous improvement of security measures.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 6 years’ experience in information security or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
- 8 years’ experience in information security or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
- 3 years’ supervisory experience.
Nice To Haves
- Certification in Security+, GISF, CISM, or CISA
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related area and 4 years’ experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Responsibilities
- Execute enterprise strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and modernization for CLM, secure data transfer, and SSH key management.
- Establish machine identity risk frameworks, ensure strict regulatory compliance, monitor operational SLOs, and lead critical incident management.
- Partner cross-functionally to translate technical risks into business recommendations, while leading and developing a team of engineers.
