About The Position
The Director of Individual Giving is a strategic leadership position responsible for designing, integrating, and growing the individual annual giving program. The Director provides strategic oversight while managing a portfolio of leadership annual gift prospects in the $1,000–$9,999 range and ensuring a seamless donor journey from first-time donor to leadership donor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 7 years of nonprofit fundraising experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct, face-to-face leadership annual giving solicitation experience.
- Proven experience with the direct management of fundraising programs, with an emphasis on annual fund, and achieving fundraising revenue targets.
- Experience with management of successful multi-channel fundraising campaigns.
- Experience leading a team and mentoring individual contributors.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
