The Director, Incentive Programs is a senior leader responsible for the strategy, design, reporting, and administration of all variable compensation and incentive programs across the organization. This role will oversee the end‑to-end incentive lifecycle—from program conception to ongoing performance monitoring—ensuring incentive plans are simple, transparent, and closely aligned with organizational goals. A key focus of the role will be modernizing program structures and building the reporting and dashboarding capabilities that provide employees, managers, and senior leadership with clear insights into performance and payout outcomes.
