Director III - Dale County Day Treatment
About The Position
This position will be located at our Dale County Day Treatment in Ozark, Al. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Day Treatment program Ensures the program meets all guidelines of SpectraCare Health Systems as well as standards set by the Department of Mental Health, and Medicaid and Medicare Rehab Standards Manage the financial aspects of the program and supervise all day treatment staff members to include training and development Conduct individual and family group therapy sessions for Day Treatment consumers and provide skills and training classes for consumers. Requirements: Master's degree in psychology or related field Completion of a clinical practicum Minimum two years post masters clinical experience required Must have previous supervisory experience and previous experience in budget management. Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology or related field
- Completion of a clinical practicum
