About The Position

We are looking for a strong leader of people with an exceptional understanding and subject matter expertise in identity management strategies and enterprise solution delivery for Authentication, Provisioning/Deprovisioning, Role Management, Red-Forest Management, Session Management, Password Vaulting, Privileged Account Management, Access Governance, Single Sign On, Adaptive Authentication, IAM Analytics, PKI and Certificate Management, User Experience, and API Management. This Director is also responsible for management and governance of the External Business Partner (EBP) Service, and the ongoing Run Service for IAM solutions. This is a highly visible leadership role. The right candidate must have excellent engagement and communication skills with senior enterprise stakeholders, IT leadership and solution delivery peers, and must have a strong customer-focused, team-oriented, approach that balances security needs and user experience to provide best-in-class identity security to the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent industry experience.
10+ years of experience within Information Security.
8+ years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience le

Responsibilities

Develop and curate the global strategy for Identity and Access Management while ensuring its durability, scalability, resilience, and user experience sensitivity.
Report to CISO on IAM program strategic objectives and operational run metrics, key performance indicators and outcomes.
Guide development of IAM architecture and direct IAM engineering and governance teams on major global project initiatives and related technologies.
Responsible for the development and on-going governance of IAM roadmaps, change management plans, and end user communications.
Directs the design of identity access controls rules, roles, and policies, globally while ensuring consistency regardless of technologies in use.
Liaison with other CISO areas and development teams regarding IAM best practices for both on-premise and cloud based solutions for employees, contractors, partners and customers.
Meet all security, privacy, compliance and audit obligations.
Partner with Enterprise Architecture to design and deliver identity solutions for the enterprise in a highly complex environment with a blend of legacy and innovation platforms.
Direct management of key directory and identity engineering and operational personnel.
Oversight and control of a large managed service outsourced capability.
Support a healthy maintenance cycle for existing IAM solutions to ensure they are up to date and functionality is fully leveraged.
Have a demonstrated track-record for building and leading exceptional teams through collaboration, mentoring and skill training.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable presenting to different levels within and outside of the organization
