This role serves as a senior advisor to business leaders, translating enterprise strategy into actionable people plans that drive performance, organizational effectiveness, and workforce engagement. The Director ensures consistent execution of HR programs and provides leadership across workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and total rewards in partnership with the HR COE teams.
