This position leads a team of human resources business partners (HRBPs) serving as trusted advisors to the business. The team drives and supports culture initiatives, performance management, engagement, talent management, and other HR programs that lead to high levels of associate engagement and retention. This position is both strategic and hands-on, leading a team of influential partners driving customer-centric People solutions that drive business results. We offer a flexible work arrangement for this role, with a preference for candidates residing near one of our major office locations. This position manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments and has full managerial responsibilities. This position is also responsible for the implementation of policies, procedures, and strategies, as well as providing input into them, and exercising influence to ensure effective and sustained adoption.
