You will support customers such as the Global Product Design team, or the Advanced Driver Assistance and In Vehicle Infotainment teams which are core to the Product Creation and Industrialization organization. As a Director, HR Business Partner you will serve as a key member of the HR Business Partner team, leading the people strategy and HR delivery for an organization within Ford. You will partner across the HR function to drive scalable HR programs and talent initiatives, deliver value-added support to an organization’s leadership team, and translate business objectives into effective execution across the organization.
