About The Position

At Tru, we blend cutting-edge tech with A+ delivery. We are looking for a Director of HR who treats company culture like a flagship product: constantly iterating, highly engaging, and built to scale. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will serve as a strategic partner to department heads, champion the employee experience, and build scalable systems that support our rapid growth.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and HR leadership.
Technology industry experience required.
Excellent project management, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Bachelor’s Degree required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Gusto, Dover, and Employee Navigator is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee recruitment strategies, employer branding, and performance frameworks. Lead interviewing, hiring, and onboarding efforts to build high-performing teams.
Culture & Engagement: Champion retention programs, employee wellness initiatives and foster a positive company culture where people actually look forward to Mondays.
Operations & Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and global employment regulations, oversee benefits administration and streamline HR systems. Create processes where needed.
Leadership Coaching: Give managers the tools, feedback, and coaching they need to build high-performing, empathetic teams.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR analytics and engagement data to measure team health, retention, and operational efficiency.
