The Human Resources Director of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for designing, organizing, implementing, directing, and evaluating programs and initiatives that support employee engagement and retention across all segments of the workforce. This role recommends and facilitates long-and short-term planning initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. The Director partners with senior leadership to provide consultative support in areas such as workforce planning and forecasting, workforce commitment, leadership development, and performance excellence. The position also leads a team of HR Business Partners in executing overall HR strategy tactics within designated markets or divisions.
