About The Position

As a Senior HR Partner at T-Mobile, you play a critical role in driving operational people account team initiatives established in partnership with the business to deliver strategic outcomes across the Finance, Legal, and HR organizations. You will employ strong planning and business insight to understand business drivers and financial goals, and identify innovative and future-focused HR solutions. You provide strategic direction, coaching, and counsel to executive business leaders with solutions that improve business outcomes including organizational design, workforce planning, and organization health and effectiveness. You are a trusted coach to the executive leadership team and an AI-enabled, data-driven problem solver who can uncover insights and apply business intelligence to guide decisions that foster a positive employee experience and organizational effectiveness. In this role, you will champion the adoption of AI-powered tools and capabilities to modernize HR service delivery, accelerate data analysis, and unlock new levels of strategic insight for your client groups. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and is based in Overland Park, KS

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required — Business or HR degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of related work experience in Human Resources, including workforce planning and organizational design, with preference for experience supporting Finance, Legal, or HR functions.
  • Proven ability to harness AI tools, data analytics platforms, and HR technology to derive insights, automate workflows, and improve the quality and speed of HR decision-making.
  • Ability to identify innovative and future-focused HR solutions; use of competitive intelligence (workforce and critical market data).
  • Deep understanding of internal and external business drivers, financial goals, and key financial drivers within T-Mobile and the market; ability to interpret and analyze data to uncover business intelligence that guides decisions.
  • Ability to navigate complex issues with resiliency results-driven in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience in executive coaching, influence of key cultural initiatives, change management strategies, and talent and leadership development.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered HR tools (e.g., generative AI, people analytics platforms, intelligent automation) and a passion for advancing AI adoption
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction, collaboration and coaching to executive business leaders within Finance, Legal, or HR with solutions that improve business outcomes including organizational design, workforce planning, and organization health and effectiveness.
  • Drive strategic and operational plans; oversee and drive program delivery across Finance, Legal, and HR client groups.
  • Understand business and financial drivers, competitive intelligence, and identify innovative and future-focused HR solutions tailored to the unique talent and organizational needs of Finance, Legal, and HR functions.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to accelerate data analysis, workforce modeling, and insight generation — enabling faster, more confident decisions in support of business strategy.
  • Interpret, analyze, and surface insights and business intelligence that influence and guide decisions (talent trend analysis, data visualization, predictive analytics, and external research) pertinent to business strategy and client group initiatives.
  • Serve as an AI enablement champion within the HR organization — finding opportunities to automate routine workflows, improve HR data quality, and embed intelligent tools into everyday HR practices.
  • Provide expert and objective advice, coaching, and counsel on HR programs, change management, employee experience, and organizational development to promote a fair and equitable work environment across Finance, Legal, and HR.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional people account teams (including COEs) in order to navigate complex issues with resiliency and get results for the business.
  • May also be responsible for other duties or projects as designated by business management as needed.
