About The Position

A leading digital streaming network seeks a Director, HR Process Transformation & PM to lead HR process transformation and project management activities supporting the transition to a new HCM platform and the transfer of HR processes across teams.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a project management or process transformation leadership role.
Experience in HR operations, HRIS, or business process management.
Experience managing system implementations or transitions involving enterprise platforms.
Experience with Oracle Fusion.
Project management and process transformation experience, including developing and managing integrated timelines, milestones, risks, governance, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience evaluating, documenting, streamlining, and implementing business processes and creating process flows, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
Experience managing knowledge transfer, training, process ownership transitions, and implementation readiness.
Experience partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive implementation and resolve process issues.
Experience managing HR processes involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
Experience supporting International HR or international hiring processes, including coordination across HR, immigration/global mobility, and local country teams.
Ability to understand detailed process requirements and translate them into clear documentation, recommendations, training materials, and improved workflows.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the end-to-end transition of Job Requisition creation and associated HR Data Management processes, partnering with current stakeholders to understand existing processes in detail, evaluate process intricacies, identify opportunities to streamline workflows, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Develop and manage integrated project timelines covering training, milestones, resourcing, knowledge transfer, go-live readiness, risk mitigation, and process ownership transitions; establish governance cadences including status reporting, escalation pathways, and milestone tracking to maintain visibility and accountability.
Develop comprehensive work instructions, standard operating procedures, process flows, training documentation, and recommendations for new and transitioned HR processes; design and implement structured knowledge-transfer strategies incorporating training schedules, shadowing, support periods, and defined readiness criteria, and host training sessions as needed.
Manage project activities related to International Pending Hires, including case status tracking, cross-functional coordination with HR Data Management, Talent Acquisition, Immigration/Global Mobility, and local country teams, and timely resolution of escalations; evaluate international hiring processes from start to finish and document requirements and governance considerations.
Partner with subject matter experts across Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Data Management, and other stakeholders throughout implementation, troubleshoot and refine processes after implementation, confirm opportunities for continued improvement, and support the transition of process ownership from Talent Acquisition Operations to HR Data Management.
