About The Position

As the Director, HR Business Partners & Programs at Ridgeline, you will lead and scale a high-impact team of HRBPs and Program leaders, driving both strategy and execution across employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and compensation. You will play a critical role in strengthening leadership effectiveness, scaling our organization, and bringing the Ridgeline Way to life across the company—including as we expand internationally. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies—including a variety of AI tools—to fundamentally transform how HR delivers value, using data, insights, and automation to increase speed, quality, and impact. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping organizational design, talent strategy, and business outcomes. At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions—not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high-performing culture.
